PlayNursery (Playgroup and PreNursery ) for children aged 18months to 3 years old)

Between the ages of 18 months to 3 years old, children undergo a period of significant growth and development across various domains.

Physically, they become more mobile and coordinated, mastering skills such as running, jumping, and climbing. Fine motor skills continue to develop, enabling them to manipulate objects with greater precision, such as holding a spoon or stacking blocks.

Their cognitive abilities expand rapidly during this time, as they begin to understand simple concepts, follow basic instructions, and engage in imaginative play. Language development also progresses rapidly, with children starting to form more complex sentences and actively communicate their needs and desires. Socially, they become increasingly interested in interacting with peers and adults, showing empathy and understanding the feelings of others.

They may engage in cooperative play, sharing toys and taking turns, while also asserting their independence and testing boundaries. Emotionally, they experience a wide range of emotions and begin to develop coping mechanisms for managing frustration, excitement, and disappointment.

Motor Skills

Preschool (Nursery to Kindergarten) for children aged 4 to 6 years old)

Children between the ages of 4 to 6 years old experience a period of significant growth and development across various domains.

Physically, they continue to refine their motor skills, becoming more proficient in activities such as running, jumping, throwing, and catching. Fine motor skills also improve, enabling them to draw, write, and manipulate small objects with increasing precision.

Cognitively, their thinking becomes more logical and organized. They begin to understand concepts such as numbers, letters, shapes, and colors, laying the groundwork for early academic learning. Their language skills continue to develop, with expanded vocabulary and more sophisticated sentence structure.

They enjoy engaging in conversations, asking questions, and expressing their thoughts and ideas. Socially, children in this age group become more independent and begin to form friendships with peers. They learn to navigate social interactions, take turns, and cooperate in group settings. Empathy and understanding of others’ perspectives also continue to grow, fostering positive relationships with both peers and adults.

Emotionally, they become more self-aware and develop strategies for managing their emotions. They may still experience occasional outbursts or frustrations but increasingly demonstrate resilience and problem-solving skills.

Overall, the period between 4 to 6 years old is characterized by significant cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development, as children become more capable, curious, and confident in exploring the world around them.
